The flexible trav2learn system automates and supports the business process for operating work experience programmes.

An individual or group of interns is associated with the sending agent and the person’s details and preferences are recorded.

The trav2learn system will propose a shortlist of available internships for each individual intern, based on his or her CV and career objectives. The system will then suggest a shortlist of available accommodation options based on location and transport connections with the host company location.

These associations are recorded on the system, which also records historical changes as well as ongoing updates.

At any time, for any group, agent or indeed the entire business, a snapshot of progress and outstanding work is possible.

You may opt to send automatic notification to your clients (sending agents) when an update has been made to any given individual or group.

The system tracks and manages each component that may comprise a work placement:
- Host company placement
- Host family placement or other accommodation
- Airport transfer
- Language classes
- Transport card
- Certification

A financial management module manages the cost and sale price of each component, facilitating profitability calculation, cost control, etc.

The trav2learn system is aimed at sending and receiving agents within the educational travel sector, as well as universities, schools and other associations involved in managing students and interns.
